Overview

We ship SnapDry™ orders from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. Your order is dispatched from the warehouse holding your chosen variant that is geographically closest to your delivery address, to minimize transit time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • European Union: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion — these will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@snapdrytowel.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside the country of dispatch), your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If a package is refused or unclaimed at customs and returned to us, we will refund the product cost only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SnapDry™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbours and your local postal facility. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@snapdrytowel.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will do our best to assist.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
