Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your SnapDry™ purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Unused, unwashed, and in original resalable condition

In the original packaging with all tags attached

Not marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear

Items returned after the 30-day window

Gift cards

Items purchased during final-sale promotions (clearly marked at time of purchase)
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at info@snapdrytowel.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
4. Share your return tracking number with us once dispatched.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our confirmation, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or variant, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@snapdrytowel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"), in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
